Separation and subsequent divorce
In Peru, conventional separation and subsequent divorce can be processed before a notary when the legal requirements are met. The file must prove both stages and the final result.
Notarial documents
Minutes, deeds or notarial instruments, requests and certificates may be involved. The spouses, the marriage, and the final declaration of dissolution must be clearly identified.
registration
The Peruvian marriage certificate with the marginal annotation of the divorce helps to demonstrate that the dissolution was incorporated into the civil registry. Confirm if the Italian authority requires it to be presented.
Apostille and translation
Documents destined for Italy must be apostilled and fully translated into Italian in accordance with consular instructions, including stamps, certifications and complementary certificates.
