What does this certificate certify?
The burial certificate certifies the burial or location of the remains in a cemetery. Depending on the case, it can identify the deceased person, the date, place, burial and the issuing authority or administration.
Burial, exhumation and transfer
When there are previously buried remains, the file may include exhumation authorization, grave opening certificate, identification of the remains and proof of preparation for the new transfer.
Destination in Peru or Italy
The health authority, the consulate and the destination cemetery may request different documents. Indicates the country of departure, the country of arrival and whether a coffin, exhumed remains or an urn will be transported.
