What is the giudiziale casellario
It is the certificate issued by the casellario offices of the Italian prosecutors' offices. Contains mentionable judicial resolutions in criminal, civil and administrative matters in accordance with Italian regulations.
A single certificate
Since October 26, 2019, the certificate requested by the interested person meets the old categories of criminal and civil certificate. That is why it is advisable to request the current “certificato del casellario giudiziale” and confirm if the Peruvian procedure also requires the carichi pendenti.
Request from Peru
The Italian Ministry of Justice publishes a procedure for applications made from abroad. The document can be requested by the interested person or by a duly delegated person, according to the instructions of the office.
For the immigration card
Indicates the immigration quality and shares the current list of Migrations or the receiving entity. This way you can confirm whether you request this certificate, the carichi pendenti or another additional document.
Apostille, validity and translation
Before applying, confirm the maximum accepted seniority and whether it must be apostilled in Italy. To use it in Peru, a translation into Spanish by a sworn public translator or certified collegiate translator may be required, according to the instructions of the receiving entity.
