The document may include health establishment, certification modality, diagnoses, ICD codes, functional categories, levels of support, severity and data of the responsible professional.
Translation does not equal recognition
Translating the certificate allows its content to be presented in Italian, but does not automatically convert the Peruvian qualification into an Italian recognition of disability or disability.
competent Italian authority
Depending on the purpose, the INPS, the ASL, a medical commission, the employer or another institution may intervene. Each organization establishes its own documents and evaluations.
Medical and functional terminology
