Masters and lauree magistrali
A laurea magistrale normally requires a first-cycle university degree comparable to an Italian bachelor's degree. The university evaluates credits, subjects, grades and specific program requirements.
Documents that can be translated
Titles, diplomas, transcripts, study plans and programs, course load, university certificates and identity documents. The final list depends on the university and the chosen course.
Pre-registration and Universitaly
International students may require pre-registration through Universitaly, in addition to university admission and, where applicable, a study visa. Academic acceptance does not replace consular decisions.
Declaration of value or CIMEA
The university may request a declaration of value, a CIMEA certification or other documentation to evaluate the foreign degree. It is advisable to confirm this point before legalizing and translating the file.
