Essential information
The certificate may indicate the patient's identity, date of care, diagnosis, inability to work, rest period, start and end date, data and doctor's signature.
Work use in Italy
The worker must follow the communication deadlines and procedures applicable to the employer and, when applicable, the INPS. The translation does not replace those communications.
Certificates issued abroad
The INPS establishes specific conditions for diseases that occurred outside Italy, including legalization or apostille in certain cases and presentation within the required deadlines.
Full translation
We translate printed and handwritten text, diagnosis, medical codes, rest period, stamps and certifications. If a part is illegible, it is pointed out without inventing content.

The certificates contain especially sensitive health data. We process the complete document and recommend confirming in advance which version and formality the Italian entity accepts.
