Data we translate
We reproduce names of vaccines, diseases prevented, doses, dates, batches, manufacturers when stated, establishment, professional, signatures, seals and observations.
School, health or work use
The Italian institution may request the history to check mandatory or recommended vaccinations, plan pending doses or evaluate requirements related to studies or work.
International certificates
For travel, there may be specific international models, such as the vaccination or prophylaxis certificate. A translated ordinary card does not replace the official model when it is mandatory.
Vaccination names and schedules
We retain trade names and active ingredients when they appear. The Italian health authority determines equivalences, validity of doses and the need to complete the schedule.
Before translating
Confirm if the original card, a digital certificate, a health certificate or an international format is accepted, and if you need an apostille or other certification.
