Certificates for single people
Official Peruvian information requires negative proof of marriage registration issued by the municipality of birth and the last municipality of residence in Peru.
Validity and apostille
The certificates must not be older than six months and must be apostilled by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru. The specific case may require additional documents.
Residence outside Peru
If the person also resided in another country, the consulate can request a certificate of non-marriage registration issued by the corresponding Peruvian consular office.
